Job Description:

• Performs typing for the Administration Manager and Officer;
• Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member;
• To register and record all incoming and outgoing correspondences, faxing, etc.
• Meet and greet Clients and Visitors;
• Respond to Client’s enquiries as and when required;
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing;
• Maintain hard copy and electronic filing system
• Research price and purchase office furniture and supplies;
• Support staff in assigned project based work;
• Preparation of employment agreement, bond agreement, offer letter and confirmation letter;
• Issuance of employee correspondence letters, such as staff salary adjustments, promotion, probation, termination;
• Conducting induction and contract briefing;
• Monitoring public complaints and report to Admin Manager;
• To ensure the overall staff record and database are updated;
• Assisting Admin Manager in invoices;
• Assisting Admin Manager in managing office.
• Prepare Petty Cash record

Age: 20 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
