Job Description:-
• Assist on general admin duties.
• Assist superior / HR on any ad-hoc tasks such as delivery or collection of office documents.
• Frequent travel to Government departments to liaise with clients, follow up on documents and check on updates of payments.
Job Details:-
Position: ADMIN / DESPATCH CLERK
Employment Type: Full Time
Working hours: Monday to Saturday (8am to 5. 30pm)
Requirements:-
Preferably Male
Minimum Qualification: Form 5 / GCE ´O´Level or other relevant qualifications
Minimum Work Experience: 2 years
Good communication in English & Malay
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Valid driver’s license
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
