Job Description:
We are seeking FULL TIME administrative clerk that can commit to a _MINIMUM OF 3 MONTHS_ working with YMRM. Not looking for a part-timer!!!
Roles include:
• To prepare documents such as formal letters, forms, invoice, quotation and etc.
• To assist with local and foreign staff recruitment process.
• Familiar with the process of foreign worker employment pass
• To keep record of sales and stock inventory.
• To assist in emailing, scanning, photocopying and reproducing of documents.
• To assist in organizing and locating files and documents.
• To serve and assist customers in order to help them find what they need.
• To help with marketing and advertising of products.
• To perform other duties as required from time to time as instructed by management

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 450 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
