Position: ASSISTANT MANAGER

â€¢ Assistant Manager to help organize and run our retail stores and fill in for the Store Manager when needed.
â€¢ Your job will be highly important in ensuring the sales team meets its goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction.
â€¢ Assistant Manager responsibilities include hiring and training sales associates, monitoring inventory and ordering merchandise based on demand.
â€¢ You will also research competitive products and analyze consumer behavior to ensure our store meets and exceeds client expectations.
â€¢ Our ideal candidate will have retail manager skills with a sharp business mindset.
â€¢ You should also be skilled at organizing and solving problems.
â€¢ Interpersonal and mediation skills will also be very useful, since youâ€™ll often be acting as a liaison between managers, employees and customers.
â€¢ Ultimately, the duties of the Assistant Manager are to make sure our stores operate effectively, and that we keep our customers happy.
â€¢ Assist the Retail Store Manager in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers
â€¢ Coordinate daily customer service operations (e. g. sales processes, orders and payments)
â€¢ Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives
â€¢ Monitor and maintain store inventory
â€¢ Evaluate employee performance and identify hiring and training needs
â€¢ Supervise and motivate staff to perform their best
â€¢ Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates
â€¢ Monitor retail operating costs, budgets and resources
â€¢ Suggest sales training programs and techniques
â€¢ Communicate with clients and evaluate their needs
â€¢ Analyze consumer behavior and adjust product positioning
â€¢ Handle complaints from customers
â€¢ Research emerging products and use information to update the storeâ€™s merchandise
â€¢ Create reports, analyze and interpret retail data, like revenues, expenses and competition
â€¢ Conduct regular audits to ensure the store is functionable and presentable
â€¢ Make sure all employees adhere to companyâ€™s policies and guidelines
â€¢ Act as our storeâ€™s representative and set an example for our staff
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 20 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 600 / Month
