• Min of 3 years of working experience in Accounting related jobs
• Able to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Able to work independently
• Providing support to the Accounting Department
• Performing basic office task, such as filing, data entry, answering phones and other administrative tasks
• Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records
• Preparing purchase order and payment for local and oversea suppliers
• MUST be a Team player and Trustworthy
• Must have knowledge in computer literate and able to use Microsoft words and excel
• Able to perform basic accounting task
• Preferable knowledge in any accounting programs
• Prepare invoices, PO´s, Petty Cash and payments
• Must possess own transport with a valid driving license
