Position: Account Clerk

• Responsible for assist the accountant in performing general accounting functions and assist accountant in day to day operation.
• Go to bank do necessary operation.
• Enter the Data’s in Accounting System.
• Prepare Payment Vouchers.
• Coordinate with operation Admins & release payments based on instruction from accountant.
• Prepare update necessary log books .
• Make proper filing of invoices and payment voucher.
• Remittance of Rentals, Electric, Water bills Cheque to banks.
• PO preparation.
• Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/purchase request.
• Reconcile accounts payable ledger ensure that all payments are accounted for and properly posted.
• Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions.
• Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending statement of accounts and contacting clients.
• Make copies of all cheques, complete deposit slips and make bank deposits

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 20 - 28 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Allowances: B$ 100
