Job Description
• Performing clerical work and interoffice support including receiving and processing mail
• Maintaining and promoting excellent vendor relations
• Assembling, sorting, and tabulating codes and filing data
• Verifying claims and processing orders and deposit slips
• Responsible for ensuring that all accounting allocations are appropriately made and documented.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales, and purchase ledgers and journals.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts, and records.
• Sorting out the incoming and outgoing daily posts and answering any queries.
• Maintain digital and physical financial records
• Participate in quarterly and annual audits
• Create and update expense reports
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, check, and credit card transactions.
• Tracks revenues by verifying and entering transactions from the lockbox and local deposits.
• Updates receivables by totaling unpaid invoices.
• Maintains records by microfilming invoices, debits, and credits.
• Resolves valid or authorized deductions by entering adjusting entries.
• Resolves invalid or unauthorized deductions by following pending deductions procedures.
• Resolves collections by examining customer payment plans, payment history, and credit lines.
• Summarizes receivables by maintaining invoice accounts.
• Protects the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Requirements:
• 3 years’ experience in the F&B accounting field task/ practice is value-added
• Minimum Diploma or equivalent professional qualifications in the accounting or finance field.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Proficient in using Microsoft office and experience in using accounting software
• Ability to understand the principles and procedures of bookkeeping and record-keeping
• Accuracy in accounting & Strong organizational skills
• Knowledge of business-level English, both verbal and written
• Ability to explain and interpret fiscal related policies and general accounting
