The Accounts Executive tasks involve accounts receivable, accounts payable, tax filing, data compilation, billing, payroll and other accounting tasks. The works also include with future funds, fixed assets accounting and the monthly or yearly finalization of accounts. Prepare the trial balance, basic financial statements and simple consolidated financial statements. May also be involved in finance-related projects and systems testing.
Responsibilities Include:
• Documenting and keeping accurate financial records and statements
• Assisting in payroll and payments and preparing the deposit slips after having reconciled the cash & credit cards & making deposits at the banks when necessary
• Compile and prepare monthly claim package for all reimburse invoices & expenses.
• Record transactions and events about sales, purchases, receivables, payables and cash
• Calculate customer / supplier account balances and ensure accuracy
• Using accounting & appropriate information systems for data analysis
• Tracking of outgoing and incoming payment, accruals, prepayments and finance costs
• Getting reports from accounting system for financial planning & budget forecasting
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners to meet and exceed team goals.
• Become skilled at and work with our operational systems, processes and best practices that guarantee organizational well-being.
• Contribute towards the achievement of the company’s strategic and operational objectives.
• Examine financial data/statements and utilize them to improve profitability.
• Ensure accurate data into the accounting system on time and do month end closing activities
• Serve as an escalation point of contact in matters where additional customer service or intervention is required.
• Actively coordinate and deliver team meetings with the Research and Development and arrange supplier meetings/trainings (as required).
• Assisting with Operation team in all aspects of administrative works as assigned by management from time to time.
• Establish Strong knowledge/relationships with vendors / suppliers.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Professional Training will be provided as relevant to job
