We are looking for a dynamic, focused and highly motivated individual to be part of our team as Accountant.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Possess Degree or equivalent in Finance and Accounting OR minimum 5 years experience in handling full set accounts.
• Excellent knowledge of best practices, auditing standards and accounting principles.
• Ensures that balance sheet is reconciled with general ledger accounts and management financial report is submitted on a monthly basis.
• Manage monthly management reports, maintain and control an effective financial and accounting system
• A working knowledge of Accounting Software package will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work with limited or no supervision.
• Honest and trustworthy
• Possess own transport and driving license;
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly motivated and has a driven personality
• Able to handle full set of accounts for limited companies;
• Self-motivated and a quick learner;
Requirements and skills:
• Bachelor´s degree in accounting.
• Completion of Articles.
• 5 years experience / Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage
• Fully compliant as a tax practitioner and well versed in corporate tax returns.
• Experience in providing financial advice.
