Accounting / Finance / Banking
Minimum 2 years work experience in basic accounting functions.
Match PO to Delivery Order and Purchase Invoice.
Compile all documents for payment when due, ensure accuracy in amount and calculations.
Maintain files and electronic records.
Update and maintain basic accounts database.
Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Words) basic accounting software.
Perform administrative tasks as needed.
Ability to write and communicate in English and Malay.
