Accounts Assistant

The Job:

• Data entry for a supplier
• Preparation of cheque payments
• Preparation of outstanding payables report
• Management of monthly cash book - payment vouchers, cash vouchers,
• Verifying of staff claims
• Filing, archiving and safekeeping for all invoices and statement of accounts
• Checking of cash book entries before posting
• Bank Statement & Cash Book reconciliation
• Input customer credit and cash sale invoice
• Recording of customers’ receipts
• Prepare Receivables’ Monthly Statement of A/C
• Prepare Monthly Sales Report
• Posts customer payments by recording cash, checks, and credit card transactions
• Other assigned ad hoc duties

REQUIREMENTS:
• At least diploma in Accounting or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude with good multitasking skills
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Citizen / Permanent Residents only
