The Job:
• Handle full set of accounts GL & AP and monthly closing
• Preparation of monthly management reporting
• Review and reconcile intercompany transactions discrepancies
• Cost and A&P control with monthly financial analysis and fixed assets schedules
• Preparation of monthly forecast and yearly budget
• Responsible for accounting processes and daily finance operational tasks which include staff claim and supplier payment
• Review, implement and oversee all accounting controls, policies and procedures and oversee internal control
• Coordinate and liaise with external parties e. g. , auditors
• Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

Job Requirements:
• Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or equivalent
• Committed individual with minimum 5 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office - Word and Excel
• Meticulous and able to work independently
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Positive attitude with good multitasking skills
• Strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Citizen / Permanent Residents only
