Job Description:
• Responsible for existing account management and client’s communications and conflict resolution.
• Discovering client’s business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
• Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
• Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings.
• Retaining existing customers.
• Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
• Developing plans to target new customers.
• Analyzing marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
• Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
• Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
• Developing company’s account strategies, marketing strategies and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets.
• Present products and services to client.
• Negotiating and closing contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline.
• Evaluating the financial aspects of business development.
• Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customer’s dedication.
• Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company’s reputation.
• Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
