Position: Accounts Executive

â€¢ Responsible for existing account management and clientâ€™s communications and conflict resolution.
â€¢ Discovering clientâ€™s business needs and proposing appropriate solutions.
â€¢ Track and coordinate all activities occurring for each account.
â€¢ Preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings.
â€¢ Retaining existing customers.
â€¢ Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs.
â€¢ Developing plans to target new customers.
â€¢ Analyzing marketing trends and predictions and researching market conditions to develop sales goals and marketing strategies.
â€¢ Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas.
â€¢ Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal.
â€¢ Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships.
â€¢ Developing companyâ€™s account strategies, marketing strategies and promotional communication channels to introduce and promote the products and services to potential markets.
â€¢ Present products and services to client.
â€¢ Negotiating and closing contracts, maintain excellent client relationships, and continually build opportunity pipeline.
â€¢ Evaluating the financial aspects of business development.
â€¢ Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customerâ€™s dedication.
â€¢ Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the companyâ€™s reputation.
â€¢ Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data.
Education Required: First Degree or equivalent
Age: 25 - 50 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 2, 500 / Month
