• The Admin Assistant executes marketing projects for a real estate office with responsibilities that include client communications, property marketing, and social media.
• Implement various ongoing marketing communications activities including events, social activities, advertisement, online/print communications, collateral, newsletters etc.
• To come up with a design and create an artwork for newspaper, brochures, advert and etc.
• Provide admin support in organising various projects.
• Responsible in data entry and tracking into central database system which includes filing and other clerical work.
• Daily update on social media.
• Answering & make phone calls.
*Skilled in the use of Adobe Photoshop / Illustrator will be preferred.
