Position: Admin Assistant cum Receptionist

• Responsible for handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, handling company inquiries and sorting/distributing mail.
• Welcoming and attending to guests/clients/crews in a professional ma
• Answering phone calls professionally.
• Prepare conference room for meetings such as switching on the light, arranging the chairs etc
• Preparing beverages(coffee/tea) for guests
• Prepare logbook for visitors and staff
• Prepare recruitment form, resignation form, leave form, payment withdrawal form etc
• Receive and sort mails/deliveries
• Perform other clerical duties such as filing, sca
ing and photocopying.
• Time management
• Checking First Aid Box
• Maintaining security at reception area by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitors badges.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate/designated person/office.
• Maintain safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules & regulations
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, sca
ing, faxing and copying to management
• Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
• Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence
• Perform data entry and scan documents
• Assist in resolving any administrative problems
• Run company’s errands to offices and supply store
• Answer incoming calls and receive guests and escort them to designated room
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements
• Assist to maintain office supplies for department
• Support various department for any general administrative duties
• Carry out light janitorial duties on daily basis in order to maintain overall office cleanliness
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 700 / Month
