Position: CLERK
Total Vacancy: 1 Female Only
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Minimum 2 years working experience would be an advantage
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3

Basic Salary: B$ 500/ Month
Employment Type: Full Time ONLY
Working days : Monday to Friday (8 am - 5 pm)
3-6 months probation.

• Pick up, documents, payments, and cheques from companies.
•Must be able to speak and write English/uMalay
•Self Motivated, Good Personality, Confident, Ability to
work independently
• Sort and organize paperwork after entering data to ensure it is not lost
• Fast typing skills;
• Knowledge of touch typing system is strongly preferred
• Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets.
• Good command of English both oral and written and customer service skills
• Maintains data entry requirements by following data
• Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
• Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
• Answering the phone to take messages
