- Computer literacy
- Good attitude & willing to learn
- Able to work as a team
- Have own transport
Work Scope:-
- Day to day general office duties;
- keep proper filing up to date;
- Prepare timesheet
- Preparing purchaser order and ordering parts
- Familiar with accounting system
- Any other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.
- Prepare payment voucher & petty cash vouchers
- Prepare daily sales report
- Answering phone calls and communicate with suppliers
- Check with Store whether parts available
