Job Details:

• Position: Admin and HR Officer
• Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
• Age: 25 - 40 years old
• Basic Salary: B$ 1, 000 - B$ 2, 500 / Month
• Employment Type: Full Time

Primary Responsibilities:

• Process paperwork, draft letters and obtain/evaluate quotes (such as insurance, trainings, air-tickets, hotel accommodations etc. ) as and when needed.
• Manage recruitment processes (i. e. , sourcing, screening, interviewing and hiring of candidates).
• Handle, process and keep track of company’s Foreign Workers License, Labor Quota and Visa applications.
• Process employees’ monthly payroll including TAP and SCP calculations, overtime, medical and dental claims.
• Review and update HR’s documentations i. e. , SOPs, and forms.
• Monitor and follow up employees’ performance and daily attendance.
• Keep track and manage employees’ trainings, contractors’ agreements and insurances as well as their renewal where necessary.
• Coordinate with travel agents for ticket bookings and accommodations for business related trips etc.
• Maintain HR department’s files as well as personal files of employees, leave records and documentations.
• Execute tasks that are involved in both Admin and HR.
• Any other duties given by supervisor and/or required by Management from time to time.

Qualification and Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business field such as Human Resource Management/Business Administration or any related field
• Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in Administration and Human Resource or any related field would be an advantage
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) in English and Malay
• Ability to work independently and under pressure, and handle multiple projects
• Good command in the use of Microsoft Office products (i. e. , Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, etc. )
• Excellent analytical, problem solving and organizational skills
• Maintains the necessary activities in the framework of work safety and quality standards
• Can adapt to flexible working order
