Purpose of position
• Assisting with day to day operations of the company and provide clerical and administrative support to the company.
• Handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties, simple clerical and office work, and to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
• EOD reports on daily basis.
• Petty Cash Handling.
• PR, PO, Preparation & Suppliers Invoices submissions as per Schedule.
• Update Daily Sales.
• Update Daily Expenses.
• Sales Invoice Preparation, Disbursing.
• Payment Follow up.
• Payroll Administration.
• Fuel Receipts Report
• Inventory, Daily Production reports, Sales Summary
• Make proper filing of invoices , Other Supporting Documents
• Bank in Details & Copy of Bank in slip Filing
• Order Chit Report & Filing.
• Monthly Aging Reports
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 18 - 25 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Allowances: B$ 50
Employment Type: Full Time
