Position: Administration Clerk

Purpose of position:
• Assisting with day to day operations of the company and provide clerical and administrative support to the company.
• Handling a variety of personnel related administrative duties, simple clerical and office work, and to ensure smooth communication and prompt resolution of all queries.
• Assist with day to day operations of the company.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to any department in the company.
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
• Communicate with public services when necessary.
• Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures.
• Procures, distributes, and maintains office supplies.
• Look after the filing.
• Photocopying, scanning documents and binding.
• Supporting the reception desks.
• Perform other reasonable duties as assigned.
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 25 - 45 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
