Position: Administration Officer
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female

Job Description:

• We are looking for a qualified Administrative Officer with accounting background.
• Prefer HND or higher graduate.
• With the accounting skill, you are to handle, prepare, compute, manage, research and analyse all accounting data, in order to provide quantitative information on performance, financial position, solvency, liquidity and cash flows of our business and to join our team and support our daily office procedures.
• As an Administrative Officer, you will act as the point of contact for all employees, providing administrative support and managing their queries.
• Main duties include managing office stock, preparing regular reports (e. g. expenses and office budgets) and organizing company records.
• If you have previous experience as an Accountant or Office Administrator, we’d like to meet you.
• Our ideal candidate also has working knowledge of office equipment and office management tools.
• Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
• CV must be provided during the interview.


Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 18 - 65 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
Benefit: Training will be given.
