Position: Administration Officer
Total Vacancy: 1 Male/Female
• Preparation of employment agreement, bond agreement, offer letter and confirmation letter;
• Issuance of external and internal correspondences
• Conducting induction and contract briefing;
• Monitoring public complaints and report to Admin Manager;
• To ensure the overall staff record and database are updated;
• Assisting Admin Manager in invoices/ quotations;
• Assisting Admin Manager in managing office.
• Minutes writing
• Arranging training requirements;
• Further all crewing matters such as updating medical records and driving licenses;
• Ensuring all bookings are in order.
Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 20 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
Employment Type: Full Time
