Position: Administration Officer
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Description:

• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office projects.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Plan and coordinate project activities for timely completions.
• Answer queries by employees and client.
• Track project progress and ensure all project activities are completed on-time.
• Attend meetings and follow-up with outstanding tasks.
• Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments.
• Prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, draft, memos and emails.
• Review contract requirements and process invoices in timely manner.
• Arrange orders and restock of raw materials and equipment.
• Keep logs and records of store stock and equipment.
• Resolve administrative problems and inquiries
• Any other assignments which may be provided from time to time.
• Having work experience will be an advantage.
• Must be able to communicate in English and Malay (able to speak in Mandarin/Cantonese is optional)

Education Required: Higher National Diploma (HND) or equivalent
Age: 23 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
Benefit: TAP & SCP (after probation), Medical leave 14 days, Annual paid leave 10 days (after probation)
