Local SME company in Oil & Gas Industry is looking for
The Role: Administrative
• Sourcing for quotation.
• Liase with customers and suppliers
• Handle and process customers´ enquiries and sales orders
• To maintain a proper and accurate record of stock inventory inclusive of inventory check and stock count.
• Carries out routine checks on stock items and reports missing/ damaged items.
• Answering and re-directing in-coming calls
• Basic recordings and filing work
• Training will be provided
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with a service-oriented attitude
- Data entry experience would be an advantage

• Min. Education Level : ´O´ Levels
• Field of Study : Not Applicable
• Skills : Good typing and data entry skills, Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Language : English
