Qualifications:
- Minimum O’Level – A’Level or equivalent education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet Explorer, with a
strong ability to adapt to new software systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a
fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the
office.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails,
phone calls, and mail.
- Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled or impromptu
cleaning, feeding, giving medications to animals (cats), etc.
- Coordinate appointments and meetings, and manage calendars and
undertake occasional general office duties as needed, such as
photocopying, printing, and organizing supplies, office cleaning etc.

Skills and Attributes:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability and willingness to learn new tasks.
- Flexibility to cover for colleagues during their absence, including
working weekends and public holidays if required.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a positive attitude.
- Punctuality and reliability.
