Aircond Technician

Responsibilities:
1. ​​​​​​​Installing, maintaining and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
2. Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems. Knowledge on Ceiling & Cassette type air conditioning preferable.
3. Cleaning, adjusting and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
4. Dealing with various types and brand of air conditioner system, including split units, window and other type of units.
5. Identifying maintenance risks on equipment and performs regular preventive maintenance and corrective works on air conditioning system.
6. Requisitions for materials required for the smooth operation of the Air Conditioning equipment such as wiring/switches/cables/pipes and others as required.
7. Inform manager/supervisor of completed and outstanding work orders.
8. Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with Occupational Health and Safety Act.
9. Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers´ requirements.
10. Assisting with customers´ queries.
11. Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
12. To work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays with short or no notice.
13. Perform any and all duties which may be assigned.
