Aircond Technician [April 2024]

Responsibilities:
1) Perform inspection, installation, maintenance and repair works on ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment
2) Carry out routine maintenance checks on equipment
3) Clean, adjust and repair systems, and perform warranty services
4) Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults and replace with the right tools
5) Ensure to comply with safety standards, work instructions and customers’ requirements
6) Provide assistance when required for emergency situations, including after work and during public holidays
7) Perform all work and duties which are assigned

Requirements:
• At least three (3) years of experience in relevance to HVAC maintenance
• Possess advanced knowledge and practices on air conditioning, refrigeration and heating system, including methods, repair characteristics, mechanical operation, effective preventive maintenance work and safety precautions
• Strong ability and skill in diagnosing and fix defected units
• Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work after hours, over weekends and on public holidays
