Position: Assistance chef
Total Vacancy: 2 Male/Female
• Prepare sous, pastry, and Asian/ western cuisine
• plating the food
• must have knowledge of food preparation, production and processing
• assisting the head chef
• Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management and team work
• Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress
• Outstanding communication
• Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes
• CHINESE IS AN ADVANTAGE-
• Minimum of (three) years restaurant/hotel or banquet cooking experience in position of responsibility such as prep cook, line cook, or Sous chef.
• Knowledge of gourmet foods and specialty dishes preferred.
Age: 18 - 40 years old
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
