Assistant Head of Department (Product Lead)

Job Descriptions:
A Product Lead is monitoring the development of new products of the company. This roles is to assist the Product Lead Chief to ensuring that products are in line with the company’s products objectives and overall business strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Analyse and understand the product specifications as well the customers´ needs and market trends.
- Identify future buying trends and incorporate new product/brands into company portfolio.
- Researching product options and market conditions to introduce new products to the company.
- Brokering deals and agreements with vendors for favorable rate for products.
- Delivering presentations and materials during committee meeting for product approval process.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to devise appropriate plans to promote products.
- Respond effectively with plan and strategies on how to achieve department´s sales target.
- Liaise with other departments for the processes of purchased products.
- Involvement in direct sales to customers/clients and understand their requirements.
- Oversee revisions and installation to provide customer assurance.
- Oversee and deliver department´s planning to accomplish task´s timeline.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor´s or Master´s Degree in Design, Architecture, Business Administration, Marketing or any other related field.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in marketing or product management or any other related fields.
- Exceptional communication skills and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Robust analytical, strategic, and leadership skills.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and independent personality.
Business-oriented mindset.
- Technical knowledge is a plus.
