responsibilities included:- hiring of associates- setting up policies and procedures - sop´s- setting up of position and job descriptions
- setting up of the department standards-Operation Procedures
- A focused and systematic approach to department training
- liaising department inspections - overall in charge of related food areas FOH & BOH- successful implementation of all department audits compliance point: guest satisfaction scores, cost and hygiene - creativity, sales, modern and health
