Minimum 2 years experience, in logistics or distribution, preferably for F&B industries
Required to work shift hours, including public holidays and weekends
Required to have VALID Drivers License 3 AND 4 in Brunei, additional certification in safety training an advantage
Operate company-owned vehicles to facilitate timely distribution and logistics operations.
Deliver and pick up raw materials, semi finished goods and finished goods to and from central kitchen and retail outlets.
Prepare and check all delivery orders prior to and after deliveries to suppliers, clients, and retail outlets.
Perform manual lifting, packaging, taping, sorting and labeling of products for delivery. Complete required daily logs and reports.
Follow logistics schedules and plan delivery routes.
Pick up and send staff to and from work to outlets and staffhouse.
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate company delivery vehicles.
Perform minor maintenance of company vehicles.
Conduct weekly vehicle inspections and schedule necessary repairs and maintenance of vehicles.
Ensure all documentations for the vehicles are valid and up to date always, e. g. car insurance, road tax.
Maintain constant care and cleanliness of all company vehicles.
Report faulty or vehicle issues to Supervisor or Management for further action and seek resolution.
Assist in performing physical stock count and issuance of stock where required.
Perform purchasing duties as required.
