- Minimum 2 years sales, customer service or retail experience in F&B related industry
- Needs to be able to communicate and interact with customers well
- Required to work night shifts, public holidays and weekends
- Training provided
Supervise retail operations at Bake Culture retail outlets
Conduct Department Orientation and Training for new staff
Supervise retail staff, and manage absences and staff schedules
Responsible to Open and Close the store daily
Weekly Forecast Planning of Orders/Production for retail outlets
Responsible for reaching assigned sales targets and KPIs for the outlets
Responsible in maintaining store´s cleanliness and health and safety (or Halal) measures
Manage all store inventory by performing daily checklists
Deliver exemplary services to customers.
Assist in coordinating marketing or company events.
Balance daily sales transactions.
Upsell company products to customers.
