Position: Baker (Offshore)
Total Vacancy: 1 Male
• Able to develop and prepare local or international homemade breads and pastries recipes.
• Plan menus and ensure quantity and quality of meals to be served meets customers satisfaction.
• Ensure all food and ingredients are fresh.
• Inspect and ensures all supplies, equipment, food storage areas and work areas are clean and hygienic and safe to operate.
• Knowledge in material orders and maintain inventory of food and supplies
• Verify quality and quantity of food and kitchen supplies required for daily activities and various functions.
• Estimate the amount and kind of food to be ordered for day to day operations and functions.
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 21 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 80 / Day
Employment Type: Full Time
