- Report directly to Business Development Executive.
- Assist in the company‚Äôs tendering activity, including identifying tender opportunities and preparing / reviewing submissions.
- Fully responsible for document control and administration support to the Business Development Department.
- Perform internal administrative duties and other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Business Development Executive this will be including attend meeting with client as when required.
1. At least 1 year and above experience in tendering preparation and familiar with tender documentation.
2. Ability to work on own initiative as well as part of a team
3. A fast learner and the ability to multi task
4. Have the ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
5. Highly proficient in Microsoft Office packages ‚Äď mainly Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
6. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
7. Must be Local Bruneian
8. Education Required : G. C. E. O¬īlevel or Diploma
9. Age : 20 - 30 years old
10. Driving License : Valid Class 3
