Overall Purpose of the Role:
- Purchase goods, materials and services to ensure that the Organization operational needs are met, taking into account price, quality and delivery and to ensure continuity of supply.
• Manage the buying process for the given list of materials with specific cost, quality and delivery targets
• Liaison with respective personnel on materials specifications in order to handle all request efficiently
• Being disciplined and having high responsible for delivery coordination
• Coordinate meeting with vendors for technical and commercial clarification
• Establish and regularly maintain vendor database
• A firm follower of Company’s policy
Education Required: National Diploma
Age: 20 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 1, 200 / Month
