• Report to Operations Manager
• Oversee and direct project from conception to completion
• Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables
• Co-ordinate with engineers to achieve project goal and deadlines
• Coordinate with workers and subcontractors for project execution
• Meet contractual conditions of performance
• Review the work progress on daily basis
• Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
• Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
• Ensure quality design and implementation
• Willingness to learn and grown
• Driven and motivated
• Proven working experience in projects
• Good Engineering understanding of multiple disciplines.
• Preference for E&I project experience
• Some knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards would be beneficial.
• Understanding the facets of the design and construction process.
• Familiarity with engineering software packages
• Ability to plan and see the “big picture”
• Good interpersonal skills
• Experience of working in teams
