EDUCATION: A management or professional degree or equivalent
EXPERIENCE: A management or professional degree preferably with background of commercial concepts and business laws & experience of around 15 years in the relevant industry
•Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate business growth and diversification
•Conducting market research and analysis to formulate detailed business plans on commercial opportunities like expansion, business development etc.
•Understanding the requirements of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met to provide the best services offered in the proposals.
•Prepare and submit major bids and tenders to win contracts or jobs and negotiate contract terms with the client protecting the commercial interest of the Company.
•Manage the contractual matters for day to day operations of the Company
•Review and submit quotations to prospective clients and / or variations to contract or provide justification for any disputed claims
•Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for new contracts and develop the business of the Company
•Identify suitable subcontractors and vendors for work as well as for resources required for performing the scope of work
•Negotiate terms and conditions with subcontractors and manage them in line with the agreement and to maximize local content as part of Company’s LBD requirement
•Monitor contractual as well and company KPI’s are adhered to by monitoring the elements of the KPI, especially relating to LBD
•Train local employees for managing contract issues and handling daily issues and tasks on best practices
•Possess industry networks regionally and internationally to identify and source potential business partners to facilitate business growth
•Assesses risks and perform risk analysis and makes recommendations based on a thorough analysis of all factors involved in a business situation
•Develop pricing structures for services, products and projects
