Job Description
• Implement company food safety programon board;
• Ensure stock is sufficient for all crew on board;
• Provide meals with health and hygiene standard;
• Promote safety on board the vessel.
Job Qualifications
• At least 6 months – 1 year Experience as Cook (land-based work background as Cook is acceptable but offshore experience is an advantage)
• Preferably with Seaman’s Book
• Preferably with Food Safety Certificate
• Brunei Local / Permanent Resident (PR)
