Job Description:
PLAN & STRATEGIZE:
• Plan & develop strategy to improve operational efficiency
• OVERSEE DAILY OPERATIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY
• Oversee security system operations, & performance & bills payment processing
• CHECK CLOSURE ON EMERGENCY RESPONSES
• Oversee the appropriateness of responses to emergency & customer concerns
• FOLLOW THRU ON CLOSURE OF THEFT CASES
• Follow thru on all theft cases for final disposition & action
• RESOLVE FIRST-LEVEL COMPLAINTS
• Resolve first-level complaints regarding overall security staff & services in the Company
• REVIEW PROFILES & UPDATE PREVENTIVE MEASURES
• Review incident / suspect profile, merchandise lost / damage post-activity reports, & update preventive security measures in the branch.
Qualifications:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor´s or College level in any field.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Supervisor / 5 years & up experienced employees specializing in Security Protective Services or equivalent.
• Flexible to be assigned to work schedules supporting the retail operational hours
• Willing to be assigned in different places.
• Full-time positions available
• Proficient in English (both written and verbal).
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 23 - 35 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
