Job scope

AER department is the main offshore construction execution arm in the company. The department focuses in safely liquidating the corrective maintenance work orders, delivering Turnaround campaigns, executes projects brownfield modifications, tie in works for both the East and West assets delivering to the overall company´s Fit for Future.

To support supervisor, the Rejuvenation Turnaround Team section within AER. To provide technical and engineering support in executing safe TA and/or Brownfield Campaigns (BC) on identified frozen scope.
To ensure development of an executable integrated plan for the TA/BC
Ensure scope readiness and scope close outs for the campaign events
To ensure all Maintenance and Projects scopes assigned are captured and executed. Offshore presence during execution window.

Qualification

- HND equivalent in mechanical/civil/construction Engineering qualification
- OR 5-10 years practical construction experience with responsibility of multi-discipline team work offshore in the field of fabrication/maintenance/scaffolding and piping/painting and welding
- Preferably in either Construction/Maintenance/Turnaround/Project/Offshore operations
- Has a good knowledge of the company´s standard such as Operation Safety Standard, Maintenance Management & Procedures, standard materials, etc
- At least 5 years field experience in Construction/Fabrication/Maintenance/Turnaround/Projects/Offshore operations discipline with a hint in supervisory position

Tasks & Responsibilities

Maintain all documentation for each TA phase from planning, execution and close out
Prepare & monitor each TA bill of health in terms of work packs, material procurement, fabrication, planned resource/crew mix requirements, pre-scaffold, load out sequences, waste/scrap disposal and logistical support
Optimise the allocated resources and prioritise all critical activities for each TA/BC whilst ensuring minimum deferment with due regard for technical integrity of all affected facilities, environmental impact and safety of the total workforce
Integrate all TA/BC activities (maintenance & projects) to fit into one realistic workable plan
Initiate/Update TA/BC Tracking Dashboard to monitor TA/BC progress
Ensure Integrated Site Surveys & M & I PM & CM are carried out, the lists are compiled and submitted to Contractor and business partners
Monitor progress of TA & BC execution and manage shortfalls, deviations or changes from plans
Input into development of Platform/WON L3 Activity Plan via Contractor and business partner and support Vessel request/requirement
Assist TA/BF coordinator in developing SIMOPS document and deliver COSC in time
Ensure all Work Packs and Job Cards are created before the execution window
Review Level 5 JC activity plan, including Scaffolding, Lifting and Manning levels, and conduct technical Verification of Job Cards for Maintenance. Review Fabrication Plan
Prepare for and input to TA BC meeting, Scope Challenge, HAZID, Schedule Optimisation, IPOP, IPOP Fat Rat, asset roadshow and AAR
Input into the compiling of the Campaign Planning Package, i. e. Scaffolding, Lifting and Manning L5 Plans via Contractor
Incorporate Late Works to the Final Plan (Emergent Work)
Monitor Turnaround Progress
Revise Plan via Discovery Work by ORMC Contractor
CNF completed PM & CM WON´s in SAP
Update PM & CM WON´s status in SAP as per the MIE requirements
Active participation in TA and/or BC after action reviews and propose recommendations for improvements. Contribute to a lessons learnt database
