Cashier

We’re currently looking for Cashier at I Lotus Chinese Restaurant.
1. Responsible in handling cash transactions and ensuring accurate billing to customer and also provide a daily sales report to Manager/ Management.
2. Managing transactions with customers using cash registers.
3. Collecting payments whether in cash or credit card.
4. Greet customers warmly upon their arrival, taking and serving food and drinks orders.
5. Answering phone call and take note on customer booking.
6. Attend customer inquiries or requests and solve their complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
7. Familiar with POS system is an advantage.
8. Responsible for maintaining hygiene of the restaurant
9. Responsible for all service preparations before, during and after the service
10. Able to work by shift & Able to speak Mandarin
