• Provide the perfect customer service experience.
• Attend to guests in a warm, courteous and professional manner.
• Adhere to timing standards for products and services.
• Look for ways to consolidate service and increase table turns.
• Present menu, answer questions and make suggestions regarding food and beverage.
• Maintain table and overall floor cleanliness.
• Assist in keeping the restaurant clean and safe.
• Deliver food and beverages to any table as needed.
• Must follow all cash handling policies and procedures.
• Show up to assigned shift duty in a timely manner.
• Reports to Restaurant Supervisor.
Offer menu recommendations upon request
Up-sell additional products when appropriate
Take accurate food and drinks orders using a POS ordering software
Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
Serve food and drink orders
Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
• Able to work shift hours
• No transport problem
• Able to communicate in fluent English
• Preferably with work experience in relevant field
• Attentiveness and patience for customers
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Active listening and effective communication skills
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level (minimum)
Age: 18 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
