We are looking for candidates to join our Singgah Team.
Provides Excellent & Quality Customer Experiences including welcoming and assisting customers upon entering the Singgah Store
Assist and resolve customer clarifications.
Assist in Inventory Management and ensuring Retail Products are fully stored and stocked on shelves.
Perform Housekeeping and maintain the cleanliness of the Singgah Store
Maintain the Food Safety Standards including proper food handling and personal hygiene.
Promote Retail Products as and when required including participating in events and roadshows.
Maintain checkout operations by complying with standards, policies, and procedures.
Ability to use and record sales in Point-of-Sale System
Adhere to company standards, policies, and procedures.
Perform other duties as and when required.
Able to speak both Malay and English languages
Able to understand and do basic calculation
At least 1 year experience in a related position
Experience as a Barista, in Food Preparation/Kitchen Assistants would be an added advantage.
Familiar with electronic equipment such as cash register and POS system.
