Position: Chinese Cook / Chef
Total Vacancy: 5 Male/Female
1) Develop menu or recipes and decide the way to present the food.
2) Plan menus and ensure quantity and quality of meals to be served meet customers satisfaction.
3) Ensure all food and ingredients are fresh.
4) Monitor, supervise and coordinate activities of cooks and other food preparation workers.
5) Inspect and ensure all supplies, equipment and work areas are clean and hygienic and safe to operate.
6) Guide and train cooks and other food preparation workers and ensure all the rules and regulations are enforced and followed.
7) Order and maintain inventory of food and supplies.
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 20 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 800 / Month
