JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Self-starter with great organizational skills
• Good communication skills and work well as a team
• Computer literate and knowledge of financial software application.
• Ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Willingness to accept additional responsibility.
• Highly motivated with good work attitude & able to work independently
• Have own transport & driving license
• Reading/Writing/Understand English & Malay

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Job tasks to include but not be limited to the following:

• Can prepare full set of account,
• Assist in managing revenues received and dispersed including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, General Ledger reporting.
• prepared quotation to customer
• Create Daily invoice and DO once done the Job
• prepared payment Voucher
• Prepared financial month end report
• Follow up payment from customer based of the credit term given
• Bank in once received the payment from customer

Age: 20 - 38 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 400 / Month
Employment Type: Part Time/Full Time
