Position: Clerk Assistance

â€¢ Maintain a record of employee´s records including attendance and misconduct records.
â€¢ Help in performing payroll transactions of employees at every end of the month.
â€¢ Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
â€¢ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
â€¢ Provide training on policies and procedures.
â€¢ Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
â€¢ Develop and maintain a filing system
â€¢ Provide information by answering questions and requests from the customers when they call
â€¢ Assist in preparing and monitoring invoices for online orders/wholesalers
â€¢ Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
â€¢ Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
â€¢ Maintain computer and manual filing systems
â€¢ Oversee and supervise the work of retail staff
â€¢ Proven admin or assistant experience
â€¢ Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
â€¢ Attention to detail and problem solving skills
â€¢ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
â€¢ Strong organizational and planning skills
â€¢ Proficient in MS Office/Excel
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 23 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 18 / Day
