Job Details:

Position: Clerk Assistance
Total Vacancy: 1 Female

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain a record of employee´s records including attendance and misconduct records.
• Help in performing payroll transactions of employees at every end of the month.
• Identify and resolve invoicing issues, accounting discrepancies and other financial related issues.
• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
• Provide training on policies and procedures.
• Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
• Develop and maintain a filing system
• Provide information by answering questions and requests from the customers when they call
• Assist in preparing and monitoring invoices for online orders/wholesalers
• Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies
• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Maintain computer and manual filing systems
• Oversee and supervise the work of retail staff


• Proven admin or assistant experience
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Proficient in MS Office/Excel

Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 23 - 30 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 18 / Day
Employment Type: Full Time
