1. At least 2 years working in F&B industry.
2. Good written & communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English.
1. Ensure excellent and consistent production to achieve prompt and efficient service.
2. Complete any food preparation in a timely manner.
3. Carve meats, prepare dishes and serve as required.
4. Participate in food demonstrations to improve skills of self and other staff.
5. Follow recipe guidelines and adjust to specific quantity will approval from Sous Chef.
6. Ensure that station is properly set up at all times.
7. Maintain a clean and safe workstation at all times.
8. To clear and set up all buffet food in the restaurant and banqueting hall with direction of Chef De Partie or Sous Chef.
Education Required: GCE ´´O´´ Level
Age: 20 - 40 years old
Driving License Class: 3
Basic Salary: B$ 500 / Month
