Construction Manager

Job Description:
Responsible for planning construction projects and overseeing their progress from start to finish in a timely and cost-effective manner. This role´s key responsibilities will include budgeting, organization, implementation, and scheduling of the projects.

Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and Direct Construction Projects: From project conception to completion, ensure smooth execution.
- In-Depth Project Review: Schedule deliverables and estimate costs by thoroughly assessing the project.
- Monitor Compliance: Supervise both onsite and offsite constructions to adhere to building and safety regulations.
- Coordinate Workers and Subcontractors: Efficiently manage construction teams.
- Select Tools and Materials: Make informed choices and track inventory.
- Meet Contractual Conditions: Fulfill performance obligations.
- Daily Progress Review: Regularly assess work progress.
- Prepare Reports: Create internal and external reports related to job status.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Anticipate and resolve emerging issues.
- Negotiate and Obtain Permits: Handle agreements, contracts, and necessary licenses.
- Risk Management: Analyze, manage, and mitigate risks.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to high construction standards and proper techniques.

Requirements:
- BS degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or related field
- Proven working experience in construction management
- Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, means and methods
- Expert knowledge of building products, construction details and relevant rules, regulations and quality standards
- Understanding of all facets of the construction process
- Competent in conflict and crisis management
- Leadership and human resources management skills
- Excellent time and project management skills
