Job Description:

Syera Services is planning to join tenders for oil and gas industries in 2020, particularly in providing facilities maintenance services.

We are looking for qualify personnel to help the company achieve that target for 2020.

Responsibility

1. Take lead on tendering opportunities
2. Develop tender strategy and identify tender resources
3. Prepare tender costing
4. Prepare and submit tender documents
5. Helps company to secure contracts
6. Manage contracts execution

Requirements

1. Qualifications in civil and maintenance field/relevant field
2. 5 years minimum experience in tendering for oil and gas industry tenders
3. Attention to details – very particular about details while focusing on the bigger picture
4. Resourceful to assuring strong tender preparation
5. Knowledgeable about the market pricing
6. Willing to learn and improve
7. Willing to work as a team
8. Own transport
9. 30 – 50 years old
10. Good planning and execution skills
11. PMP certification or experience is an added advantage

Additional information

1. Salary is negotiable depending on experience and value that candidates can bring to the company
2. Commission base for contracts awarded
