1. The CM should pre-plan scheduled site visits/meetings to their assigned locations the goal being to visit each customer a minimum of quarterly.
2. Responsible to generate and submit an annual budget for approval and will tack progress to the budget.
3. Responsible for the monthly budget reviews of his/her assigned Programs.
4. The CM will review with each responsible Site Manager to discuss programs budgets monthly.
5. Construct a report detailing budget variances and issues, along with an improvement plan and report to the Accounting Manager and other Managers during the monthly meetings.
6. Perform a financial review of the current budget goals for each of their assigned locations.
7. Responsible to arrange meetings/reviews with their customer´s corporate support staff including purchasing.
8. Responsible for communicating any new known customer requirements and/or directives.
9. Responsible for contract compliance for their assigned locations and will meet with customers on a regular basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
